Ingredients
Bowl & Basket Complete Pancake Mix ( follow directions on box)
Whipped Cream
fresh strawberries
fresh blueberries
1 banana, sliced
Shredded coconut (optional)
Directions
  1. Preheat a large griddle to medium heat.
  2. Prepare pancake mix according to package directions.
  3. Make one large round pancake for the bunny’s body and one smaller round pancake for its head.
  4. Make two quarter sized pancakes for its feet and two long triangular shaped pancakes for its ears.
  5. Once pancakes are cooked, Place the ears down on the plate first, near the top of the plate.
  6. Place the smaller round pancake on top for its head, followed by the biggest pancake for its body.
  7. Tuck the two smallest pancakes under the body for its feet.
  8. Use whipped cream to make a little bunny tail and if desired, top with shredded coconut.
  9. Place a sliced banana on each of the smallest pancakes for its paws.
  10. Serve with syrup and fresh berries, if desired.
